CineStill is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment & Support Specialist to join our team in a part-time capacity at our recently opened fulfillment warehouse in Dexter, Michigan. This part-time position plays a key role in our customer support, fulfillment, and product assembly operations — helping ensure that CineStill products are packaged with care and delivered on time to photographers around the world. This is a great opportunity for someone in the photography community who’s looking for extra part-time work in a creative, hands-on environment. You’ll gain valuable behind-the-scenes experience in how CineStill products are made, assembled, and fulfilled, while working alongside a team that’s passionate about analog photography. This role is expected to be for around 20-29 hours per week, though there may be some flexibility regarding start/end times. Compensation for this role is between $18 - $24 per hour, depending on experience.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with product assembly, labeling, and packaging of CineStill-manufactured items according to production standards and SOPs.
- Support daily shipping operations, including preparing parcels for domestic and international delivery.
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as restocking and cycle counts, and work with the team to minimize discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to safety and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality, consistency, and timely completion of tasks and work together to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Assist in managing returns, exchanges, and damaged goods, ensuring prompt resolution for customers.
- Assist customers with their online store order-related questions (product recommendations, shipping, address holds, etc.).
- Recognize any recurring patterns from customer tickets and notify the Customer Service Lead.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in retail, shipping, assembly, customer service, or warehouse operations, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping platforms like ShipStation is a plus.
- Familiarity with communication and project management platforms (Slack and Notion) is a plus.
- Understanding of film photography products and a passion for analog photography is not required, but preferred.
