Overview

We are a full - service motors company that buy, sell, rent and fix vehicles.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities such as washing cars, delivering them to the guest, reporting vehicle condition and lot cleanliness. This is a high intensity position with growth advancement and bonus structure. We will pay more for a candidate skilled not only in logistics and vehicle detailing but automotive restoration and light repair as well. Bilingual a plus. Manual transmission operation skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean dealership and fleet vehicles, ensuring they meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Inspect vehicles for damages or wear, and report findings accurately to management.
• Complete vehicle maintenance checks, such as monitoring fluid levels and tire conditions.
• Prepare vehicles for rental by refueling and ensuring all necessary documents and accessories are included.
• Deliver fleet vehicles to designated pickup/drop-off points at ABIA.
• Organize vehicles in the lot to optimize workflow and enhance customer experience.
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status, rental agreements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions, mileage, and service schedules.
• Support the branch team in managing inventory and tracking vehicle availability.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards during all tasks, including driving and washing vehicles.

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Valid Texas Driver's license
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience with mobile phone us, pictures, texts, long form communication
• Experience with Microsoft Teams a plus
• Vehicle Reconditioning Skills a plus
