Service Department Manager – Boutique Dealership Specializing in German Vehicles

Are you a seasoned service professional with a passion for German engineering and a knack for operational excellence? Our boutique dealership is seeking a Service Department Manager to lead our high-touch, high-performance service team. We specialize in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche, and pride ourselves on delivering a premium experience to every customer. What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
  • Utilize Tekmetric to its fullest potential for workflow, reporting, and customer communication
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments
  • Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to drive profitability and service excellence
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience with German vehicles – especially BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche
  • Proficiency with Tekmetric is a must
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience in a boutique or luxury dealership environment
  • ASE certifications or manufacturer-specific training
  • Familiarity with digital inspection tools and modern service workflows
