Job Title: Upscale Resale Associate

Job Type: Part-time - Estimated 30 hours per week

Hours: Will range from Monday- Wednesday and Friday - Saturday 9 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.

Location: Keller, TX; Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $14 - $ per hour

Job Overview:

As an Upscale Resale Associate at Community Storehouse, Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to serve our community. You will assist in all aspects of the resale store, from helping shoppers find treasures to stocking shelves and operating the register. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact while working in a dynamic and friendly environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist customers with finding items and provide excellent customer service

- Organize and maintain merchandise displays including furniture

- Stock shelves and keep the store clean and organized

- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

- Help with donation drop-offs and sorting items

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

- Move and reorganize furniture to create appealing and cohesive visuals

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds

- Familiarity with operating a cash register is a plus

- Passion for helping others and serving the community
