Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional cleaning services to clients, ensuring their homes are sanitized and maintained to the highest standards
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Perform occasional administrative tasks such as customer marketing, supply management, etc., when not actively performing cleaning duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality of service
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in professional household cleaning
- Ability to lift and transport cleaning supplies
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Safe and reliable transportation to and from client locations
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
