This is a role designed for experienced closers who want unlimited earning potential and the freedom to control their own schedule. Because janitorial contracts are recurring monthly services, this role offers residual income, which means you earn on the accounts you sign for as long as they remain clients.

Choice Facility Services is a growing commercial cleaning company providing janitorial services to offices, medical facilities, industrial sites, schools, and retail properties throughout the Houston area. We deliver consistent, high-quality service that keeps clients for the long term — which means the accounts you close keep paying you.


What You'll Do

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and local business outreach
  • Schedule and conduct walkthroughs of prospective client facilities
  • Prepare accurate bid specifications and present customized service proposals
  • Negotiate and close recurring service contracts for commercial cleaning
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report activity regularly
  • Serve as the initial point of contact during new client onboarding and hand off smoothly to operations
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, trade groups, and property management associations


Compensation Structure

  • Commission-only: No base salary; earnings are directly tied to performance
  • 50% commission on the first month of each new contract's monthly billing
  • Residual commission of 10% on active accounts for 12 month, afterwards 5% for an additional 12 months.


What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience (outside/field sales strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
  • Strong cold-calling and in-person skills — you're comfortable walking into a business unannounced
  • Self-discipline to manage your own schedule and pipeline without daily supervision
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience selling janitorial, facility services, landscaping, or other recurring B2B services
  • Existing relationships with property managers, facility managers, office managers, or building owners in the local market
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
  • Understanding of how to conduct facility walkthroughs and scope cleaning specifications
