Chinn GYN is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Environmental Services & Sterile Processing Technician to support our small outpatient medical practice. This is a hands-on position combining healthcare environmental services, sterile processing, clinical laundry, restocking, and clinic-readiness responsibilities. Our practice provides gynecologic, medical, aesthetic, and wellness services in an ambulatory setting. This is a hands-on position combining healthcare environmental services, sterile processing, clinical laundry, restocking, and clinic-readiness responsibilities.
Our practice provides gynecologic, medical, aesthetic, and wellness services in an ambulatory setting.

Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM–8:00 PM
Saturday: 1:00 PM–6:00 PM
Approximately 20 hours per week
The weekday schedule intentionally overlaps with our back-office clinical team. This allows the technician to receive a handoff, collect instruments and laundry, begin sterile processing, restock released rooms, and address environmental needs while clinical personnel are still present.
Sterile processing, laundry, restocking, and cleaning of rooms that are no longer in use may begin before the clinic closes.
The Saturday shift provides additional time for deep cleaning, organization, laundry, sterile-processing needs, and preparation for the upcoming clinic week.
Occasional additional hours may be available or required based on patient volume, procedure volume, clinic events, unusual cleaning needs, or other operational needs.

Healthcare environmental-services candidates who do not yet have extensive sterile-processing experience but demonstrate excellent attention to detail and an interest in developing sterile-processing competency are encouraged to apply. Starting compensation will be based on relevant healthcare experience, sterile-processing education or certification, demonstrated competency, and overall qualifications.
