As an Associate/Servicing Planner- Checkup Team, you will be responsible for planning financial checkup meetings for our clients and effectively communicating the benefits of our financial services. Checkups are Childfree Wealth’s initial meetings/consultations. You will qualify and engage prospective clients using a relationship-oriented sales approach to help them make informed decisions on how to simplify their finances and build an amazing life. This role requires strong analytical skills in understanding financial data, providing strategic recommendations, sales experience, and an ability to communicate effectively in delivering exceptional service to our prospective clients.

We are seeking the right person to join our growing team. Childfree Wealth® is a life and financial planning firm that provides fee-only, flat-fee, fiduciary services to Childfree and Permanently Childless people.


We are looking for a driven and persuasive individual to join our team as an Associate/Servicing Planner- Checkup Team. As a part of the business development team, you will play a crucial role in helping our prospective clients to understand how Childfree Wealth® will help them to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.  You will use our checkup (consultation) process to complete a diagnostic of their current life and financial plan, identify areas where they can use professional help, and, if appropriate, convert them to Core (ongoing) clients.   This position is a full-time remote role within the US.

What we expect of you:

Responsibilities to Clients & Team Members:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, leading checkup meetings with clients and guiding them through creating a life and financial plan that fits their individual needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain recommendations and answer any questions that allow them to become a core (ongoing) client
  • Qualify and engage prospective clients using a relationship-oriented sales approach
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction
  • Support the learning and development of all team members
  • Assist with creating and implementing workflows and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance client experience

Responsibilities to CW:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in financial regulations
  • Ensure all financial planning activities comply with industry regulations and company policies
  • Conduct research on investment opportunities and market trends
  • Assist with activities and projects to create systems and workflows for our growing team
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Certification: CFP® Certification required
  • Education: B.A. or B.S. degree required
  • 3+ years of client-facing financial planning experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to rapidly build connections with clients 
  • Significant experience in business development and closing sales of financial services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to learn in a continuous feedback environment
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks
  • Ability to quickly adopt and implement new skills, processes, and technology
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite is required

What We Offer:

This position annually pays $70-100k base + commissions that can be earned from 70k (at goal) to 288k (at max) + company bonus opportunities.  We promise an outstanding learning experience and value work-life balance. $70,000 - $390,000 per year
