About Chicago Psychology Services
Chicago Psychology Services (CPS) has been clinician-owned and clinician-run since 2016. That distinction matters. Our clinical director sets the standard for care, supervision is taken seriously, and every decision about how we practice is made by people who do the same work you do.
We are a W-2 group practice — not a 1099 platform, not a referral directory. You join a team, receive consistent administrative support, and focus on clinical work. We serve clients across the Loop, River North, West Loop, South Loop, Streeterville, and River East, with telehealth available statewide throughout Illinois.
Our approach integrates evidence-based and holistic modalities: CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, DBT, mentalization-based treatment, biofeedback, clinical hypnosis, art therapy, mindfulness, and somatic therapies. We serve adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families, including professionals, creatives, caregivers, and multilingual and multicultural populations.

Our work is relational, evidence-based, and integrative. We do not expect clinicians to practice in isolation.

Who Thrives Here
CPS is the right fit for clinicians who value clinical depth, want genuine support from a practice that takes supervision seriously, and are looking for a professional home rather than just another caseload to fill.
Pre-licensed clinicians receive structured supervision toward full Illinois licensure. Licensed clinicians will find room to develop specialty areas and contribute to the clinical culture of the practice.
We are a good match for both newer clinicians building toward licensure and experienced clinicians who want a collaborative, integrated practice environment.
How to Apply
Submit your resume and a brief statement of clinical interest. We welcome questions about the role, supervision structure, or caseload expectations before you apply.
