Description

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focus on providing exceptional clinical outcomes and rewarding experiences for our patients
  • Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.
  • The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in positive and respectful working relationships.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality with regard to medical records per company policies and procedures and assures compliance with all HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicate, in a timely manner, with other professionals including physicians, to provide status updates on patient’s plan of care and progress
  • Establish valuable relationships with community physicians, patients and business contacts
  • Expectations for this role are 40 hours per week and a minimum of 5 days per week
  • Perform additional duties as required.


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Proof of licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
  • 2+ year's experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferred, but will consider mentoring a highly motivated recent graduate
  • Must be an enthusiastic self-starter with a strong desire to learn and improve manual therapy skills
  • Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and build a fun, welcoming environment

Preferred Qualifications, but not required

  • Outpatient Orthopedic experience
