We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Book travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
