We are looking for a polished, dependable, and hospitality-driven Guest Relations Coordinator to join our team.

✨ Position Overview

As a Guest Relations , you are the first impression and the final touch. You will manage front desk operations, guest communication, scheduling, and support our artists in delivering a seamless, elevated experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves organization, and naturally provides warm, professional service.

🍒 Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check them in efficiently

• Answer calls, texts, and booking inquiries promptly

• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations

• Process checkout and handle payment transactions

• Support artists with timing, guest flow, and operational needs

• Maintain lounge cleanliness and presentation standards

• Monitor and follow up on missed calls and guest messages

• Uphold Cherry Lash Core Values and service standards

💼 Requirements

• Availability for some nights and weekends

• Reliable transportation (must support both lounge locations if needed)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Comfortable using booking systems and handling payments

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

💰 Compensation

Training Rate: $12/hour

Post-Training Rate: up to $13/hour

After 6 months: up to $13.50/hour (based on performance & consistency)

• Semi-monthly payroll
