The Production Coordinator provides vital day-to-day support and works closely with Lead and Associate Producers to manage communications, and help keep projects on track from pre-production through execution by managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and supporting producers across a variety of creative and production initiatives.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Lead and Associate Producers across projects through high attention to detail and strong organization and communication. 
  • Maintain awareness of project details and deadlines, communicate reminders, and operate as a safety net to ensure all elements are accounted for.
  • Create and distribute call sheets, production schedules; Help develop and maintain asset and fabrication trackers for each project. 
  • Support in communication with vendors, including outreach, tracking, and follow-ups
  • Support communications between internal teams 
  • Order production materials and book travel and accommodations for out-of-town projects as needed. 
  • Communicate with clients and provide timely updates when producers are unavailable
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain internal documents including contact lists, calendars, and inventory.
  • Assist with management of on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to production and accounts teams.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in production coordination or a similar role in a fast-paced creative or production-focused environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with Google Drive, Slack, and Monday.com
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours (i.e., nights and weekends) as needed for events.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with budgeting, or basic creative software


Salary

$60,000 - $70,000 per year
