Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Lead Producer in coordinating all aspects of event production, including timelines, logistics, vendor relations, and staffing; assist with developing production schedules, event documentation, and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal design, fabrication, and tech teams to ensure seamless integration of all elements.
  • Manage on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown.
  • Liaise with clients regarding all updates and ensure expectations are met.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and production staff.
  • Ensure technical and production needs are addressed and resolve issues that may arise.
  • Maintain clear communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Track and report on project progress, identifying risks, budget concerns, and troubleshooting potential issues.
  • Assist in managing the inventory of equipment, materials, and props.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of event production innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in event production, or working with technical teams (fabrication, lighting, AV, etc.) to deliver complex events.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, delivering high quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and creative teams; experience with corporate or high-profile clients is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours (i.e., nights and weekends) as needed for events.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of creative technologies, including interactive installations, projection mapping, or experiential design.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design software (e.g., CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.


Salary

$70,000 - $80,000 per year
