As an Administrator at BCTH Triad Chefs LLC, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of chefs who provide delicious and nutritious meals to seniors in our community. This part-time position offers a salary range of $15 to $ per hour and is located at our headquarters.
**Job Overview:**
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of our Chefs for Seniors franchise. You will work closely with our team of chefs to help streamline processes and provide essential support to help them focus on creating delicious meals for our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating chef appointments
- Manage client communication and inquiries
- Support with invoicing and billing processes
-Support with ordering groceries for the chefs
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Provide general administrative support to the team
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
