**Job Responsibilities:**

- **Manage Counter Orders:** Take responsibility for accurately processing counter orders, ensuring each order is prepared and delivered in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.

- **Online Order Fulfillment:** Actively monitor and respond to online orders, ensuring all requests are completed correctly and efficiently.

- **Customer Service at the Counter:** Assist in ringing up customers, handling transactions smoothly, and providing friendly service to create a welcoming atmosphere.

- **Food Service:** Serve customers their meals promptly, ensuring that each dish is presented well and meets the quality standards of the establishment.

- **Back of House Preparation:** Aid in various food preparation tasks in the back of the house (BOH), supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure operations run seamlessly.

- **Facility Maintenance:** Take an active role in maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment, encompassing the restroom, office, dining area, outdoor deck, and the front exterior.

- **Cleaning Responsibilities:** Regularly engage in cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, as part of the overall scope of work to ensure a hygienic and pleasant environment for both customers and staff.
