Chefmeals LLC is seeking a passionate and experienced Company Lead Cook to join our team. As the Company Lead Cook, you will work under the direction of our Founder to create delicious and nutritious meals for our customers. This is a full-time position located in [location].

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff

- Create and execute menus based on dietary restrictions and preferences

- Ensure all meals are prepared and served in a timely manner

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

- Train new team members on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures

- Collaborate with the Founder to develop new recipes and improve existing ones

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a lead cook or similar role in a commercial kitchen

- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and creativity in meal preparation

- Food Handler's Certificate is a plus

- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary range for this position is $18 to $20 per hour.
