Job Overview:

Chefmeals LLC is seeking a talented and passionate Company Chef to join our team in Bethlehem, PA and Phillipsburg, NJ. As a Company Chef, you will work under the direction of our chef founder to provide culinary services for Chapter Houses & Youth Camps. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $20 to $22 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook meals in accordance with recipes and portion sizes

- Ensure high quality and presentation of all dishes

- Assist with menu planning and development

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a chef or cook

- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
