Ticket sellers are responsible for providing an excellent guest experience for fans purchasing individual game tickets, accessing digital tickets, or requiring customer service.

The Chattanooga Lookouts, founded in 1885, are the AA Affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds.
Description
Our sellers are expected to understand and effectively communicate the seating layout of Erlanger Park, ticket pricing and promotions, as well as, ballpark policies. Ticket sellers are the first stop for fans and we expect smiling, helpful individuals to create an unforgettable experience.
During games ticket sellers will:
- Process walk-up ticket sales for Lookouts home games
- Develop a knowledge of Tickets.com ticketing system
- Process credit card sales
- Provide excellent customer service to fans in all situations
- Develop an understanding of Erlanger Park layout, ticket prices, promotions, and general ballpark knowledge
