The Chattanooga Lookouts, founded in 1885, are the AA Affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds.

This position provides friendly, attentive service to guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a positive experience. They are responsible for menu knowledge, accuracy in order entry, maintaining cleanliness of their section, and responding promptly to guest needs while working collaboratively with the team. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide a high level of in-seat service to guests​. 
• Set up and break down assigned suites​/area 
• Process payments via point-of-sale for services rendered.  
• A strong ability to multitask is necessary​. 
• Will follow and execute the company alcohol service standards​. 
• Be able to provide appropriate alcohol and food pairing recommendations​. 
• Experience required​. 

Must be able to:​ 

• Interact with game attendees in a friendly and competent manner. 
• Communicate with guests and staff alike​. 
• Have a great attitude​. 

Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs. 

Must be available to work as scheduled based on event needs, including evenings, weekends, late nights, and long shifts.​
