As a member of the Chattanooga Lookouts Security team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our fans, and staff, during games and events. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, observant, and customer service-oriented to join our team for the upcoming season.
**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of unauthorized entry or activity
-Check patron bags upon entrance to the facility, ensuring no outside food or beverage is brought into the stadium as well as prohibited items.
- Provide exceptional customer service to fans and guests by assisting with directions, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Enforce venue policies and rules in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other security team members and staff to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees
**Requirements:**
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous security experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
