The Kids Zone Attendant is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for children and families in Erlanger Park's Kids Zone. This role oversees inflatable attractions and activity areas, ensuring safety rules are followed while delivering a positive game-day experience. 

**Responsibilities** 

• Supervise inflatable attractions and kids activity areas at all times 
• Enforce safety rules, height/age limits, and capacity requirements for inflatables 
• Monitor equipment for proper setup and safe operation; report issues immediately 
• Communicate clearly and positively with children and parents/guardians 
• Check wristbands, tickets, or passes 
• Respond calmly and appropriately to minor incidents or injuries and notify supervisors 

**Requirements** 

• Must be at least 16 years old 
• Experience working with children or events preferred 
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Friendly, energetic, and patient demeanor 
• Ability to follow safety procedures and policies consistently
