- Craft a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes and customer preferences.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and creating a positive and enjoyable experience.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other necessary supplies.
- Efficiently manage drink orders, prioritize tasks during peak hours, and ensure timely service to both bar and other guests.
- Process payments accurately.
- Adhere to all relevant alcohol service laws and regulations, verifying the legal drinking age, and ensuring responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
- Promote specials and premium beverages to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Work closely with other staff members, including servers, and management, to coordinate orders and provide seamless service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages, replenishing stock as needed and assisting with regular inventory checks.
- Stay informed about current beverage trends, new products, and mixology techniques to continuously enhance drink offerings.
- Ensure that bar equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized regularly, maintaining a hygienic and safe environment.
- Contribute to the overall ambiance of the establishment by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.

Must be available to work as scheduled based on event needs, including evenings, weekends, late nights, and long shifts.
