Description

The Bar Staff provide efficient, friendly service by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring responsible alcohol service. They engage positively with guests, handle payments accurately, and work as part of a team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. 

  • Craft a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes and customer preferences.  ​ 
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and creating a positive and enjoyable experience.  ​ 
  • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other necessary supplies.  ​ 
  • Efficiently manage drink orders, prioritize tasks during peak hours, and ensure timely service to both bar and other guests.  ​ 
  • Process payments accurately​. 
  • Adhere to all relevant alcohol service laws and regulations, verifying the legal drinking age, and ensuring responsible service of alcoholic beverages.  ​ 
  • Promote specials and premium beverages to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.  ​ 
  • Work closely with other staff members, including servers, and management, to coordinate orders and provide seamless service.  ​ 
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages, replenishing stock as needed and assisting with regular inventory checks.  ​ 
  • Stay informed about current beverage trends, new products, and mixology techniques to continuously enhance drink offerings.  ​ 
  • Ensure that bar equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized regularly, maintaining a hygienic and safe environment.  ​ 
  • Contribute to the overall ambiance of the establishment by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.  ​ 

Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs. 

Must be available to work as scheduled based on event needs, including evenings, weekends, late nights, and long shifts.​
