The Chattanooga Lookouts, founded in 1885, are the AA Affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds.
Description
This position prepares and cooks menu items to quality and safety standards, maintains a clean workspace, and works efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare all food items for hospitality areas based on a build sheet provided by the supervisor.
- Prepare all premium space food orders.
- Cook and assemble hot food items for all concessions stands.
- Uphold company cleanliness and operating procedures.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs.
Must be available to work as scheduled based on event needs, including evenings, weekends, late nights, and long shifts.
