At Chattanooga Concessions LLC, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Concessions Shift Leads for our locations at Warner Park and Summit Fields. This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $15 to $17 per hour.

**Job Overview:**

As a Concessions Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concessions stand during your shift. You will provide excellent customer service, lead a team of concessions workers, and ensure that all operations run smoothly.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise concessions staff and delegate tasks effectively

- Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely manner

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concessions stand

- Count and reconcile cash registers at the beginning and end of each shift

- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a concessions or food service environment preferred

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

ServSafe Certification a plus
