**Job Overview:**

Chatfield Dental Care is a new dental clinic in Chatfield, MN that opened it's doors in August 2024. We are looking to build our perfect team! If you are a go-getter, with the idea of having a close-nit family environment at work, keep reading! We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support our team of dental professionals in delivering top-notch services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our practice.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)

- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment

- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following procedures

- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies

- Maintain accurate patient records

- Perform office management tasks as needed

**Requirements:**

- Licensed Dental Assistant certification (preferred)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and sterilization methods

- CPR certification preferred
