Charlin Hospice LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as part-time Hospice Certified Nurse Assistants. As a Hospice CNA, you will be an integral part of our patient care team, providing comfort and support to patients and their families during their end-of-life journey.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding

- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

- Monitor and report changes in patient's condition to the hospice nurse

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

- Follow care plans and instructions provided by the hospice team

**Requirements:**

- Active CNA certification

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospice or palliative care

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

**Visit Range:**

$25 to $30 per visit
