Key Responsibilities:

 As a supervisor at Charlie Mike Protective Services, you will be:

• Supervise and coordinate security patrols conducted by the team to maintain a safe environment.
• Oversee crowd control operations, ensuring professionalism and effectiveness.
• Monitor and enforce access control procedures to secure premises.
• Review and ensure accuracy of incident reports and team documentation.
• Ensure team compliance with firearm safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an armed security guard or in a supervisory role within security services.

• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, access control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train staff and handle client interactions.
• Ability to review and maintain accurate documentation and incident reports.

• Physical fitness to oversee operations and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Valid armed security license.
