Position Overview: We are hiring Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists to deliver personalized therapy services to our patients in their homes. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or managing chronic conditions. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care and patient outcomes.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Physical Therapist:
- Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, safety, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Occupational Therapist:
- Evaluate and assist patients in developing or restoring daily living and work skills.
- Create personalized therapy plans to improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and techniques for enhancing mobility and self-care.
- Speech Therapist:
- Assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
- Develop individualized speech therapy plans to address communication and swallowing difficulties.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies to improve speech and swallowing function.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed in the state of Texas.
- Valid Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered care approach.
