Description

Job Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as authorized.
- Observe and report changes in patients' conditions.
- Document care provided accurately and promptly.
- Follow established care plans and infection prevention procedures.
- Communicate professionally with patients, families, and nursing supervisors.
Qualifications
- Current Texas CNA certification preferred; required for assignments designated for CNAs.
- Home health, home care, or long-term care experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your selected service area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
- Ability to work independently in patients' homes.
- Ability to complete required documentation electronically.
- Must meet applicable background screening and agency hiring requirements.

Schedule & Compensation
Employment: Part-Time / PRN
