Description

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Account Management: Take the lead on 6-8 client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and seamless execution of all PR initiatives with minimal direction from leadership.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated PR strategies and campaigns that align with client objectives, managing both the creation and execution of strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing strategic direction, feedback, and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Client Presentations: Maintain strong relationships with C-level clients, confidently presenting updates, strategies, and creative concepts.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and assess campaign performance using media monitoring tools, delivering comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Billing & Budgeting: Ensure clients are accurately invoiced each month, covering NROs (New Restaurant Openings), special projects, reimbursable expenses, and other costs.
  • Client Communication: Maintain continuous communication with clients to discuss campaign progress, adapt strategies as needed, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Media Relations: Develop and nurture relationships with key media contacts and influencers. Oversee media outreach efforts, pitching, and securing media coverage.
  • Account Strategy: Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing client strategies based on campaign analysis, with a focus on measurable results.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7–10 years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record of managing client accounts and leading successful campaigns.
  • Skills:
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Expertise in media relations and outreach strategies.
  • High-level organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

The ideal candidate has a college degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline; is a team player who is also comfortable working with limited supervision; has two to four years of experience; has outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; and is energetic, organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
