Champaign Counseling is seeking a compassionate and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Client Accounts Manager. In this role, you will support both the front and back end of our business, including scheduling client calls, client support, and staff assistance.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a social service field, marketing, or communications OR high school graduate with at least 5 years of medical billing experience.
  • Experience in medical billing, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a private practice setting.
  • Experience with marketing.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage intake calls, match clients with therapists, and coordinate intake paperwork.
  • Handle third-party insurance processing, benefits verification, and financial interviews with clients.
  • Perform light bookkeeping responsibilities.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and office activities.
  • Support marketing efforts, therapy groups, workshops, and speaking engagements.
  • Develop and manage therapist directories.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm. Hours may vary depending on Champaign Counseling's needs.
