Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver – Event Rental Equipment

Position Overview

Chair Rental is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This position is responsible for preparing, loading, delivering, setting up, and picking up event rental equipment for weddings, corporate events, graduations, and private parties throughout the Denver metro area.

The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, takes pride in customer service, works well with a team, and is comfortable operating trucks and handling event equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with rental equipment, including chairs, tables, tents, staging, dance floors, and related event items.
• Safely transport equipment to and from event locations.
• Set up and tear down event equipment according to customer specifications.
• Assist with tent installations and stage setups.
• Inspect equipment before loading and upon return for cleanliness and damage.
• Maintain organized warehouse storage and inventory areas.
• Follow delivery schedules and communicate effectively with dispatch and management.
• Ensure all equipment is properly secured during transport.
• Assist with warehouse cleaning, inventory counts, and general facility upkeep.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at event sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime during busy seasons.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Previous experience in delivery, warehouse operations, moving, construction, event setup, or landscaping is a plus.
