Centrillium Protein is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This position supports daily production operations in a meat processing facility while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Process, trim, cut, and package meat products
• Handle raw and finished products safely and efficiently
• Follow all food safety and quality standards (GMPs, HACCP, USDA)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Operate basic tools and equipment as assigned
• Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production setting
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or food production preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in cold, wet, and fast-paced environments
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be dependable with good attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods
• Comfortable working in refrigerated conditions

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Overtime and weekends as needed
