As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers both in person and over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating with our technicians, and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.

We are looking for candidates who are friendly, organized, and have excellent communication skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual. The ability to multitask and work well under pressure is essential for success in this role.
