Centerline is a boutique pelvic health physical therapy practice that opened in April 2026 on Chicago's North Shore. Founded by a pelvic health physical therapist with 30+ years of experience, we provide one-on-one pelvic health services in a private, thoughtfully designed environment.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled pelvic floor physical therapist to join our growing practice. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape clinic culture, protocols, and patient experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive pelvic floor evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled internal and external pelvic floor manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Maintain high-quality, compliant documentation
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, lifestyle modifications, and self-management strategies
- Collaborate with referring providers
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment and participate in practice development
QualificationsRequired
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent; occupational therapists with advanced training and demonstrated clinical experience in pelvic floor therapy are also encouraged to apply
- Active Illinois PT or OT license (or license-eligible)
- Clinical experience in pelvic floor physical therapy required; 2+ years preferred — candidates with focused training, mentorship, or post-graduate coursework in pelvic health, and a strong willingness to learn and grow clinically, are strongly encouraged to apply regardless of years in practice
- Proficiency in internal and external pelvic floor examination and treatment techniques
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice approach
Preferred
- Additional training, certification, apprenticeship in Pelvic Physical Therapy
- Experience with insurance billing and documentation for pelvic floor PT
