At COPE PT we specialize in pelvic floor health, sexual health counseling , lymphedema therapy, cancer survivorship and oncology care. Our specialized doctors of physical therapy strive to identify the root causes of the problems our patients are experiencing then partner alongside them to develop an individualized and comprehensive treatment program to reach their goals.This is a safe place where we treat all genders and orientations over the age of 18. Our mission is to provide excellent comprehensive one-on-one evaluations and follow up sessions, tailored to your needs. We also offer virtual sessions. We are involved in several community outreach programs and local support groups related to all topics of pelvic health, sexual health, lymphedema and cancer survivorship.

PR & Community Outreach Coordinator

Center of Pelvic Excellence Physical Therapy & Wellness (COPE PT)

At COPE PT, we are more than a pelvic health practice. We are on a mission to change the conversation around pelvic health while building meaningful relationships throughout our community. We are looking for a creative, organized, and outgoing PR & Community Outreach Coordinator to help expand our visibility, strengthen community partnerships, and create opportunities that position COPE as the leader in pelvic health throughout DFW and beyond.


What You'll Do


Community Outreach & Relationship Building


Build and maintain relationships with physician offices, gyms, fitness studios, doulas, chiropractors, wellness providers, and community organizations.

Coordinate referral outreach initiatives.

Identify networking opportunities and represent COPE at community events.

Develop new partnership opportunities throughout North Texas.

Speaking Engagements & Public Relations


Research and secure speaking engagements for the CEO and clinical team.

Coordinate podcast interviews, media opportunities, health fairs, conferences, and community events.

Prepare speaking materials, presentations, and event logistics.

Build relationships with event organizers and conference planners.

Workshop & Event Coordination


Plan and organize educational workshops and seminars.

Coordinate Lunch & Learns with physician offices and community partners.

Manage event calendars, registrations, and follow-up communication.

Assist with vendor events, expos, sponsorships, and community wellness initiatives.

Marketing & Brand Growth


Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Identify new business development opportunities.

Track marketing performance and outreach ROI.

Assist in developing strategic initiatives to grow brand awareness.

Research trends in healthcare marketing and community engagement.

Content & Communications


Coordinate with the content team to ensure marketing aligns with upcoming events and campaigns.

Assist with newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

Help maintain marketing calendars and outreach schedules.

Support social media collaborations and influencer partnerships.

Administrative Support


Maintain outreach databases and CRM.

Track referral sources and partnership growth.

Prepare monthly marketing and outreach reports.

Assist with special projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience in healthcare marketing, event planning, community outreach, or public relations preferred

Experience using Canva, Wix, Google Workspace, and social media platforms is a plus

Salary

$52,000 - $58,000 per year
