Our specialized doctors of physical therapy strive to identify the root causes of the problems our patients are experiencing then partner alongside them to develop an individualized and comprehensive treatment program to reach their goals.This is a safe place where we treat all genders and orientations over the age of 18. Our mission is to provide excellent comprehensive one-on-one evaluations and follow up sessions, tailored to your needs. We also offer virtual sessions. We are involved in several community outreach programs and local support groups related to all topics of pelvic health, sexual health, lymphedema and cancer survivorship.

Part-Time Pelvic Health Physical Therapist (MWF)

Center of Pelvic Excellence Physical Therapy & Wellness (COPE PT) is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-centered Part-Time Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our growing team at our Dallas, TX clinic.

This position is ideal for a physical therapist who is passionate about pelvic health and women's health, values one-on-one care, and wants to be part of a collaborative team dedicated to clinical excellence.

About COPE PT

COPE PT is a therapist-owned outpatient practice specializing in pelvic health, lymphedema, oncology rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum care, bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain, sexual health, and orthopedic rehabilitation. We are committed to providing evidence-based, individualized care in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor and orthopedic conditions.
  • Develop individualized plans of care and provide one-on-one treatment sessions.
  • Document thoroughly and efficiently using our EMR.
  • Collaborate with providers, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Educate patients on self-management strategies and home exercise programs.
  • Participate in occasional team meetings and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
  • Current Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligible before start date).
  • Interest or experience in pelvic health preferred.
  • Completion of Pelvic Floor Level 1 coursework is preferred but not required.
  • Strong manual therapy, communication, and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Passion for lifelong learning and providing exceptional patient care.

Salary

$45 - $55 per hour
