Build a Career in Pelvic Health — Not Just a Caseload

Center of Pelvic Excellence Physical Therapy & Wellness (COPE PT) is growing, and we’re looking for another Physical Therapist to join our specialty pelvic health team.

At COPE PT, pelvic health is not an add-on service. It is the heart of what we do.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their care — while also wanting to grow clinically in a specialty that can make a life-changing difference.

You may already be an experienced pelvic health therapist.

Or, you may be a strong PT who knows pelvic health is where you want your career to go and is looking for the right team, mentorship, and environment to help you get there.

Both are welcome to apply.

Why COPE PT?

We are a growing specialty private practice serving patients in Dallas and McKinney, Texas.

Our clinicians treat a wide variety of pelvic health and specialty conditions, including:

• Pelvic pain

• Pregnancy and postpartum conditions

• Bowel and bladder dysfunction

• Sexual health concerns

• Lumbopelvic and orthopedic conditions

• Oncology rehabilitation

• Lymphedema

We believe exceptional patient care starts with clinicians who feel supported, respected, and able to continue growing.

What Makes This Role Different

At COPE PT, you can expect:

• A primarily pelvic-health-focused caseload

• 45-minute treatment sessions

• One-on-one mentorship and clinical support

• Opportunities for pelvic health continuing education and specialty development

• Collaboration with experienced pelvic health clinicians

• Administrative support so you can focus on patient care

• Opportunities for professional growth and leadership as the practice expands

• A team-centered environment that values communication, accountability, and excellent patient experiences

Who We're Looking For

We are not just looking for someone who can treat patients.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team and contribute to the culture we are building.

You may be a great fit if you are:

• Passionate about pelvic health and women's health

• Compassionate and patient-centered

• Dependable and accountable

• Professional and collaborative

• Curious and eager to continue learning

• Comfortable receiving mentorship and feedback

• Motivated to grow clinically and professionally

• Excited about working in a specialty private practice

New to Pelvic Health?

That's okay.

Previous pelvic health experience is preferred, but it is not required for the right candidate.

If you are a new graduate or an experienced PT who has a genuine passion for pelvic health, we encourage you to apply.

We can teach clinical skills.

What we are looking for is someone with the right attitude, work ethic, curiosity, and desire to become excellent in this specialty.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Texas licensure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Genuine interest in pelvic health rehabilitation

• Willingness to participate in pelvic health training and mentorship

Pelvic health coursework, clinical rotations, Herman & Wallace training, APTA pelvic health coursework, WCS, PRPC, CLT, or related specialty experience is a plus.
