COPE PT – Center of Pelvic Excellence Physical Therapy & Wellness – is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at our McKinney clinic, with occasional coverage at our Dallas location when needed.

Responsibilities
- Perform insurance verification and authorization with a strong understanding of co-insurance, deductibles, and co-pays
- Accurately calculate patient responsibility (co-insurance and deductibles) prior to visits
- Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Support front desk operations, including phone and email communication
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in our systems
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to maintain smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Prior experience in insurance verification/authorization required
- Knowledge of co-insurance vs. deductible vs. co-pay is a must
- Ability to calculate co-insurance and deductibles confidently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage responsibilities independently
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with basic office software and scheduling systems (experience with EMR systems preferred)

- Occasional coverage at Dallas clinic as needed
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
