Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives? The Center of Hope for Behavioral Health Inc. seeks a compassionate and dedicated Residential Counselor (RC) to join our team. As an RC, you will provide personalized care and support to men within our residential housing services. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, social activities, and light housekeeping. Additionally, you will offer emotional support to residents, fostering a warm and nurturing environment.

Part-time and Full-time positions are available

Available Shifts:

• 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday ($18.00)
• 4pm - 12am Monday - Friday ($15.00)
• 12am - 8am Monday - Friday ($15.00)
• 7am - 7pm Saturday & Sunday ($16.50)
• 7pm - 7am Saturday & Sunday ($15.00)

Requirements:

• Must pass background check and drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in caregiving or relevant field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and compassion for individuals with behavioral health concerns
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must attend all required trainings/meetings and remain current on all certifications
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
