Now Hiring: Full-Time Clinical Supervisor & Therapist (LPCC-S)

Center for Personal Wellness (CPW) is seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation (LPCC-S) to join our growing team.

About the Role

This position is ideal for an experienced LPCC-S who enjoys both direct client care and helping other clinicians develop their skills and confidence.


Responsibilities include:


  • Providing outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families based on your areas of expertise
  • Providing supervision to associate-level clinicians and counseling trainees in accordance with Ohio Board requirements
  • Serving as a clinical mentor and resource for developing clinicians
  • Participating in leadership meetings and contributing to practice development initiatives
  • Assisting with chart audits, quality assurance activities, and clinical best practices
  • Supporting a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth


Position Details


  • Full-time position
  • Expected caseload of approximately 25–28 client sessions per week
  • At least one evening per week (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
  • W-2 employment
  • Clinical supervision responsibilities included as part of the role
  • Leadership opportunities available based on experience and interests
  • In-person position based in western Ohio


Who We're Looking For


Required Qualifications:


  • Active LPCC-S license in good standing in the State of Ohio
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
  • Passion for mentorship, supervision, and clinician development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and growth-oriented professional


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous supervision experience
  • Experience working in private practice settings
  • Interest in leadership, quality improvement, and clinical program development
