Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Shop Manager to lead daily operations at our Tea & Smoothie Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food & beverage service, exceptional leadership skills, and a customer-first mindset. As a manager, you will ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, team performance, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the shop.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise team members.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage labor hours effectively.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and performance feedback.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Service

  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Brand & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on all menu items, promotions, and seasonal products.
  • Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
  • Uphold the brand’s image, culture, and values.
  • Maintain Social Media Presence 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail or food service management (tea, smoothie, or coffee shop experience a plus).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • ServSafe or equivalent certification (preferred).
