Overview:

As a Key Holder, you’ll play a crucial leadership support role, helping to open and close the shop, supervising shifts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is an ideal position for someone looking to grow into retail or food-service management.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the shop following security and cash-handling procedures
• Supervise team members and lead by example
• Ensure cleanliness, readiness, and quality service at all times
• Deliver friendly, high-quality customer experiences
• Support training and coaching of new team members
• Handle minor customer complaints or concerns

Qualifications:

• 1+ year in food/beverage or retail
• Dependable and responsible
• Comfortable taking initiative and leading shifts
