Description

Marketing Manager — CAZ Training Club

CAZ is not just a training and cycling studio — it's an experience. We bring high energy, big positivity, and a culture built on celebration. The hard part isn't having something worth talking about. It's telling that story consistently, everywhere, to the right people.

We're looking for someone to be the quarterback. We already have the pieces — two content creators shooting TikTok, a photographer on call, a virtual assistant for execution support, and a deep library of content to build from. What we need is the person calling the plays. You'll work hand in hand with CAZ ownership and leadership, and you'll own the outcome.

What You'll Do

Strategy

  • Own the marketing plan — what we're pushing, when, and why
  • Build and run the social media content calendar across all platforms
  • Design and deploy targeted offers, promos, and campaigns
  • Track what's working, kill what isn't, and tell us straight

Content

  • Create on-site content — shoot, capture, and be in the room where it happens
  • Direct our content creators with clear briefs and real deadlines
  • Mine our existing library and give great content a second life
  • Keep the CAZ voice consistent everywhere

Email & Communication

  • Write and send the newsletter
  • Build email and text campaigns — welcome, win-back, promos, member communication
  • Segment our list so the right people get the right message

Coordination

  • Direct our virtual assistant on execution and keep the pipeline moving
  • Coordinate with instructors and leadership on what's coming up
  • Report monthly on performance against clear goals

What You Bring

Experience

  • 1–2 years in marketing — agency, in-house, or a brand you built yourself
  • You can write. Copy that sounds like a person, not a press release.
  • Comfortable on camera and behind it

Work Style

  • You have taste — you know the difference between a post that looks good and a post that works
  • Ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Organized enough to run a calendar without reminders
  • You speak up when something isn't working instead of waiting to be asked
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude — you support the whole studio, not just your channel

Availability

  • ~15 hours per week, flexible, with regular time in-studio
  • Some availability during class times for content capture

Fitness industry experience is a plus, not a requirement. Genuine interest in training is.

Salary

$20 - $30 per hour
