Description

Desker — CAZ Cycling Studio

CAZ is not just a training and cycling studio — it's an experience. We bring high energy, big positivity, and a culture built on celebration. We show up every single day ready to hype our clients, support our teammates, and create something people can feel the moment they walk through the doors.

We're looking for a Desker who loves being in the action — the first smile clients see, and the person who makes people feel welcomed, remembered, and celebrated. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and take pride in creating an unforgettable experience, you belong at CAZ.

What You'll Do

Client Experience

  • Be the first impression — greet every client with energy, warmth, and confidence
  • Create a high-vibe atmosphere from the second someone walks in
  • Build real relationships with clients and teammates — learn names, celebrate wins, and make people feel seen
  • Help create special moments through celebrations, events, or simply bringing the right energy at the right time

Studio Operations

  • Support the daily flow of the studio with clear communication and organization
  • Work closely with instructors and leadership to keep the experience seamless
  • Maintain CAZ standards: cleaning bikes, resetting the room, doing laundry, organizing supplies, and keeping everything crisp and ready
  • Move equipment (up to 80 lbs) and handle the physical demands of a hands-on role

Problem Solving

  • Stay alert and detail-oriented — notice the small things that elevate the entire experience
  • Spot problems before they become problems and take initiative to fix them fast

What You Bring

Availability & Communication

  • Available at least three days per week, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Strong communication skills — clear, friendly, and confident with people

Work Style

  • Hustle and urgency — you move quickly and stay composed under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail — you care about the little things because they matter
  • High awareness — you anticipate needs before they're spoken
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude — you support the whole studio, not just your shift
