Founded in 2017, we deliver Structured Cabling, Data & Network, Security & Access, and Audio/Visual systems for general contractors, commercial property owners, healthcare facilities, government, educational institutions, industrial facilities and corporate offices. Our credentials include WBE, MBE, DBE, WBENC, WOSB, SLBE and ACDBE certifications, with manufacturer and industry credentials across BICSI, AVIXA/CTS, QSC, Dante, Siemon RI and OSHA 10/30. We hold a nine-year zero OSHA incident record.

CaTia Integrated Systems is hiring Low Voltage Apprentices into our paid two-year apprenticeship program. This is a full-time W-2 position with benefits available. Apprentices train on active commercial job sites alongside our field technicians and crew leads, working across structured cabling, fiber optic, audio visual and network infrastructure. The program runs on quarterly milestones and a defined certification sequence. Apprentices who complete the program and obtain the required certifications advance to Field Technician I.

No prior industry experience is required. We are looking for people who show up on time, take direction, work safely and want a long-term trade career.

What you will do

• Pull, dress, terminate and test copper and fiber cable under the direction of a technician or crew lead
• Install pathway, support, racks, cabinets and end devices
• Label, document and test to project standards
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area and follow all site safety requirements

What you need

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work from ladders and lifts, work at heights, kneel and crawl in confined spaces, stand and walk a full shift, and wear required PPE
• OSHA 10 Construction certification before working on general-contractor-controlled sites

Schedule

Five 10-hour days, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with overtime and Saturday work as project schedules require.
