Castroville Plumbing & Heating, Inc is seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber / HVAC Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable individual with experience in residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC service, repair, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing and HVAC systems
• Install water heaters, fixtures, piping, furnaces, condensers, and related equipment
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on plumbing and HVAC systems
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Complete service reports and job documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing and/or HVAC service and installation
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• EPA certification preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
