Cascade HR is a growing HR consulting firm that supports small businesses with people-first, compliant HR solutions. We’re looking for an organized and motivated entry-level Human Resources Associate to support client work, administrative tasks, and day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

Working hands-on with our team and clients, you’ll be exposed to all areas of HR. This role is designed to grow over time based on your strengths and interests. You’ll start by:

• Respond to client emails and support day-to-day communication
• Support full cycle recruiting and the employee onboarding experience for clients
• Assist with HR tasks like job descriptions, onboarding, and employee documents
• Help prepare and format client deliverables (handbooks, forms, reports)
• Track tasks, deadlines, and time across multiple projects
• Support basic marketing efforts, including social media and event support

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; concentration in HR preferred. Experience in a professional setting, ideally in HR, marketing, or consulting preferred
• Bilingual is a plus! (English and Spanish)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative tools, and social media management platforms.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred (or willingness to pursue).
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team
