We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, client communication, and internal organization. This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing structure to chaos, communicating professionally, and being a behind-the-scenes force that keeps everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

This role supports both internal operations and client-facing work, helping keep communication, organization, and day-to-day workflows running smoothly.

  • Monitor inboxes, draft emails, and support client communication to ensure timely, professional responses
  • Organize and maintain virtual files, documents, and client records across systems
  • Assist with preparing and formatting client deliverables (Word, PowerPoint, PDFs)
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and basic administrative tracking (hours, notes, systems)
  • Support social media content, scheduling, and light marketing efforts


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and can learn other systems
  • WPM 45
  • Valid Driver License and ability to pass a background check

Salary

$22 - $25 per hour
